About The Founder.

House of Oyoko was founded by Evelyn Sarpong-Schulz. Evelyn was born in Ghana, but grew up in various parts of southern Africa.

Evelyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Organizational Communications, Sociology and International Business Studies from the USA, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the UK and Germany. Evelyn has over 25 years of working experience gained in global leadership positions from notable companies such as Target Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Texas Instruments, Teradata, and many more leading organizations.

In 2023, Evelyn founded House of Oyoko, fulfilling a lifelong dream inspired by her personal experiences. Witnessing first-hand how companies often struggle to authentically reach diverse cultures as well as fail to harness the power of diversity, she was driven to create a diversity marketing and consultancy firm that addresses these challenges head-on. House of Oyoko helps organizations reach diverse multicultural audiences by enhancing diversity and inclusion in communication, driving innovation, and building a sustainable, inclusive culture through our consultancy strategies, training and workshops.

By uniting local, global, diversity and inclusion expertise, House of Oyoko enables clients to authentically reach Broader Audiences, curate an Enhanced Brand Reputation, develop more Innovation and Creativity, become more Authentic and Trustworthy, achieve Market Expansion and increase Social Impact by promoting a more inclusive society which reflects positively on brands and their values.

We continuously disrupt and challenge the status quo, evolving our business and our services in response to our clients’ developments and the rapidly changing world.

House of Oyoko, makes it easy for businesses to work with one contact person to attain holistic results.

The holistic strategic approach that House of Oyoko takes is deliberate and is in direct response to the frustration, time and revenue losses Evelyn observed in her over 25 years of leadership and working with professionals, who unsuccessfully tried to find a “one-stop-shop” agency that offered a unique diversity marketing and consulting service portfolio.

At House of Oyoko, we celebrate a diverse team work culture. We respect, listen and work closely with multicultural team members, clients, suppliers, and partners – because we know that united we can achieve more.”
